Principal

Throughout his career, Principal Dotson has served in a variety of impactful leadership roles, including Assistant Principal, LPAC Chairperson, Special Education Administrator, and Instructional Content Coach at Benbrook Middle-High School. These experiences have equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of instructional leadership, student support services, and program implementation to meet the needs of all learners.
Principal Dotson is known for his collaborative leadership style, strong focus on equity, and dedication to creating positive, inclusive learning environments where both students and staff can thrive. He is passionate about developing educators, strengthening instructional practices, and ensuring student success across all academic areas.
He earned his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science from Lamar University and a Master of Science in Education from Walden University. Principal Dotson remains committed to continuous improvement and excellence in education, working to prepare all students for success in college, career, and life.
Assistant Principal

Oskana Snegirov
My name is Oksana Snegirov and I am an assistant principal at Carter Park ES I consider it a great honor to serve on a campus that values high student expectations, diversity, and a strong school culture.
I was born and raised in Russia. I studied English and World Literature in the University of Foreign Languages and graduated with a Master of Education. I attended the University of Texas in Arlington (UTA) to complete the requirements for the Principal Certification. I have been an educator all my life. I taught at Oaklawn ES and then at Meadowbrook ES. I left the classroom in 2016, and I have served as a Campus Instructional Coach at A.M Pate Elementary and Westcreek Elementary. Also, I had the privilege of serving as K-12 Math Coach at Alice Contreras, Clifford Davis and Harlean Beal Elementary Schools.
I look forward to working with our students, parents, and teachers!
